Buddhist Morality Education Center (BMEC) is a non-governmental, neutral organization regardless any race, complexion, religion, nationality, living standard, political trend, not serving political activities or being a tool of any political party.

Vision A moral society with respect for human rights and environment and being aware of the self-capacity for development regarding all kinds of factors in society.

Mission To achieve the vision, BMEC provides educational training advice services and encourages Khmer citizens in all kinds of fields in society.

Goals Khmer citizens shall receive general knowledge, skill training, good morality, mutual respect, health, occupation and become the main human resource of Cambodian society.
